I use Brief Therapy and NLP to bring about rapid change and relief!
Brief Therapy includes a range of techniques that have emerged strongly in the last 20 years, and often resolve therapeutic issues much more quickly than traditional psychotherapy or counselling.
Brief therapies include: Ericksonian Brief Therapy, Brief Strategic Therapy, Solution focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Action Acceptance Therapy (AAT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Focusing.
In general, I aim to bring about change in 1 - 6 sessions with these approaches. They are useful for a range of conditions including: anxiety and panic, depression (mild to medium), phobias, OCD, emotional blockages, limiting beliefs, confidence issues and much more.
All of my therapy sessions, include a degree of brief therapy.
